Equatorial West Africa 1 original Matte Painting by Albert Whitlock
This full painting is the very first in the film and the very last view and established Equatorial West Africa in 1885. A right-to-left cloud split brought movement to the sky. Sun rays, lighting, additional clouds, and movement of shadows from the clouds were achieved via cel overlays. Artist : Albert Whitlock - Mdeium : Masonite - Dimensions : 69" x 39"
