Captain Jason Nesmith's Original Costume (Tim Allen)

“Never give up; never surrender!” This hero two-piece costume worn by Tim Allen as “Capt. Jason Nesmith” in the movie Galaxy Quest, consists of a tunic and matching pants and a phaser, the tunic with associated metal ranking insignia on the shoulders and proper embroidered patch insignia. The costume is accompanied with the original boots, and is mounted on a custom-built mannequin form made specifically for this costume, to best display it as it appeared on Tim Allen in the film. The hands and chest are made of high quality silicone, and the legs, torso and arms are made of urethane foam which is pH neutral to protect the costume. For rigidity, the form is fashioned over an internal armature which makes the entire display posable, including the hands. A fantastic hero costume worn by Tim Allen in one of his most delightful roles.
