Original Viper's Pilot Suit

All along the new series, the Vipers or Raptors’ pilots are there to manage the most dangerous situations. In this new military world organised to save the rest of the humanity it seems quite normal.

These suits are totally different from the ones made for the first series. It’s quite the opposite for the fighter type Mark II. This new design is realistic because the producers wanted to show how it is useful to have the adequate protection even during some extreme situation like in space.

This creation of Glenne Campbell (nominated to the Emmy Awards in 2006) is one of the most achieved costumes for the show. The helmet is quite impressive. And it has kept one detail from the original series: the inside light.
